Being a dancer, strength is something I feel I needed to better develop. I started a search with hope to find a trainer that could inspire me to be a stronger version of myself. Someone who could help educate me on mind body awareness and performing the workout to the best of my abilities. Well… I found her, Krystal hasn’t just made me understand a world of things, I didn’t have a clue about when I started at the gym but has made me love the fact that I go to a session to build stamina and leave stronger then I came in, Not to mention the sweaty session they are!! She makes me work hard enough to the point that I still am able to finish the session feeling accomplished.
