Krystal Salvent

Krystal is  a New Jersey girl based out of New York City with a passion for healthy living. Through out the years, her love for fitness has lead her to pursue a dream: inspiring through a healthy lifestyle. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor and USATF Level I Run Coach. She is also fitness model. 

 

She attended New York University’s College of Dentistry graduating in 2009 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences, with a concentration in Dental Hygiene. She continues to fine-tune her dental hygiene skills in Manhattan by working in private practices along side being a fitness badass.
